I have to admit that what follows is a little over my head. I came across an interview with Jimenez Lai, an M.Arch candidate at the University of Toronto. The interview discusses his graphic designed exploration of society and urban planning--using Frank Lloyd Wright's Broadacre City as partial inspiration. As stated in the article, the project..."called Abstraction of Living...simultaneously designs the work, its mythology, and its narrative. It is the result of the Howarth-Wright Fellowship that took place at Taliesin/Taliesin West."
I read through it and looked at the images, but have to admit I'm still a little lost on the concepts. Follow the link and read for yourself. If anyone has a little more light to shed on all of this, I'm sure others besides myself would appreciate it.
