Our reader Amy emailed us about some new packaging for M&M/Mars packaging, read after the jump.
Amy wrote us: I was wondering if you had seen the new M&M/Mars packaging? Evidently they're going for a retro feel now. So far I've seen M&Ms, Snickers and 3 Musketeers with either a reuse of their original packaging or a retro redesign. Perhaps they're trying to bank on nostalgia during the hard economic times?
Very interesting, I actually haven't seen the new candy packaging design but after a little digging I found a blog post on TheDieline.com discussing this topic.
This is a good excuse to go to the candy store and do some more research : )
