Blair Kamin, Architecture critic for the Chicago Tribune, posted on a recent development in the story of the pending closing of the Dana House in Springfield, IL. Seems Republican State Rep. Donald L. Moffit has introduced legislation to keep Illinois historic sites like Dana funded beyond the Oct. 1, 2008 "Doomsday". Check out the article here.
