Curbed Chicago reports that the Wright-designed Avery Coonley House in Riverside, IL has had its asking price dropped by $300,000 to $2.59 million. This house has been lovingly restored by current owners, Dean and Ella Mae Eastman. Anyone who can afford this amazing residence is going to be extremely lucky to have such a gem.
