Scott T. sends word that the Charles A. Haertling-designed Menkick House (1970) in Boulder, CO is on the market for the first time in 30 years for $6.5 million.
This Usonian-esque design is a dream from the outside—but its contemporary "whitewashed" interiors sadly depart from the home's original Organic Architectural intent.
