To mark the 50th anniversary of its renewed lease on life, Frank Lloyd Wright's Marin County Civic Center will be commemorated in a special postmark that will grace mail from the Civic Center Post Office through
Oct. 13, the 51st anniversary of the Civic Center's Administration
