It appears it may be house number 4 designed by John C. B. Moore. Found a picture by going to images of the fair. Interiors by Gilbert Rohde. The exterior has been modified with sloping roofs.

Aside from having a white exterior it looks nothing like the John C. B. Moore house. If it was that house, it would mean that more than just the roofs had been modified - the entire structure would have been altered.

I was just wondering if this World's Fair Home was possibly the C.E. McDougall Residence pictured here: http://digital- libraries.saic.edu/cdm/singleitem/collection/mqc/id/33442/rec/15

The modifications/additions have destroyed any relevant historicity this house might have retained.
